Right Reverend Bishop Richard Ng, Fr. Peter Hwang, Fr. Christu Kollabathina and Fr. Sylvester Ding celebrated Sunday Mass on 4th November 2018 at Dewan Suara, Limbang to mark the 50th Golden Jubilee Anniversary of St Edmund's Parish together with some 2000 parishioners.

His Lordship Bishop installed Fr. Peter Hwang as Rector of the new parish of St Edmund, Limbang. The new parish has 53 longhouses, camps, schools and plantation under its jurisdiction.
Thirty candidates received the Sacrament of Confirmation during the Mass at Dewan Suara.
On the same day late afternoon, Right Reverend Bishop Richard blessed the new chapel site laying foundation stone at Bukit Bidang, Batu Asas situated on a hill 260 meters from sea level.
